About the festival
The 6th Tteokbokki Festival is a representative tteokbokki specialized festival of South Korea hosted by Buk-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City. It will be held for three days from October 23 to 25, 2026, at Daegu iM Bank PARK, and has established itself as a representative autumn festival of Daegu, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year. This festival is a complex cultural festival that encompasses a food zone featuring famous tteokbokki restaurants from across the country and various food vendors, as well as performances, experiences, and event programs. Major programs include main stage performances, Tteokpe Night, Red Flavor Lucky Draw, Complete Tteok Challenge Mission, inbound tours tailored for Taiwanese tourists, and a post-event short-form contest. The festival aims to promote K-food culture centered around tteokbokki and contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.
