About the festival
The 2nd Chungcheongbuk-do Garden Expo, held in Yeongdong, will take place from October 15 to 18, 2026, at Yongdu Park in Yeongdong. The garden and culture expo, which begins participation, is a fair for everyone, a fair flowing with traditional Korean music, and a sustainable fair content that goes beyond simple exhibitions, showcasing the unique characteristics of the Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongwon Expo where garden culture unfolds. The expo will be held concurrently with the Yeongdong Nangae Gugak Festival, and the main programs will include a garden industry exhibition, garden experience zone, flea market zone, and garden cultural performance programs, with the event space designed through a pre-competition for community gardens and citizen participation gardens.
