- 1. Main Programs - Boarding Experience Programs: sailing yachts, powerboats, pirate ships, small cruise ships, racing at Jeongok Port, sea fishing experiences, Gyeonggi Province boats, etc. - Wind's Envoy Dance Parade: a dance competition featuring citizen performance teams recruited based on the Silk Road trade envoy theme. - Pungnyu Group's Voyage: a water flyboard show enjoyed on a yacht in the middle of the West Sea. - Cheonhae Tour Group: a package program enjoying both yachts and the West Sea cable car together. 2. Sub Programs - Traditional West Coast Fishing Experience Program: tidal flat ecological experiences, catching fish with traditional traps. - Children's Play Experience Area: large beach playground, square pool, air ball pool, children's bubble dance party, street turned into the sea (chalk art), etc. - Marine Leisure Exhibition Experience Zone: exhibitions of yachts, camping, and fishing gear. - Fireworks, marine plogging, and other programs, etc. 3. Performance Programs - Day 1: Exciting Night of a Thousand Times: an EDM party to kick off the Hwaseong Boat Festival. - Day 2: Joyful Day of a Thousand Times: official opening ceremony, Wind's Envoy dance parade, main performance. - Day 3: Enjoyable Jeongok Port of a Thousand Times: OST concert with the Hwaseong City Art Troupe. - Day 4: Relaxing Sea of a Thousand Times: a picnic-style performance to conclude the four-day festival.

About the festival
The 'Hwaseong Boat Festival', the representative festival of Hwaseong City, is the largest marine cultural festival in the metropolitan area where you can experience boarding yachts and boats. It offers a variety of marine programs to enjoy the West Sea, including sailing yachts, powerboats, a marine cable car, and performances by the Pungnyu group. There are rich attractions and activities that cross both land and sea, such as the passionate dance parade 'Wind's Envoy', spectacular performances, fireworks lighting up the night sky, tidal flat ecological experiences, catching fish with traditional traps, a large beach playground, and marine plogging.
