About the festival
The 22nd Seoul Wow Book Festival is a book festival held for three days from October 16 (Friday) to October 18 (Sunday), 2026, in front of Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul. This year's theme is "Changing, Unchanging." The festival aims to create a space where books and people meet. Planners, musicians, and publishers gather in one place to allow authors, editors, and readers to face each other and share stories. It is a festival that seeks to make reading a deep experience, whether alone or together. The event venues are Hongdae Red Road R1·R2 (book fair), Platform P Multipurpose Room (lectures), Sanwoolim Theater (Younghee Festival), Sanwoolim Cafe (Reading Wave), and Red Road Power Plant Promotion Hall Gallery (Imagination Blossoming Book Illustration Exhibition).
