About the festival
The Light and Cultural Arts Festival 2026 Daejeon Seo-gu Art Festival will be held for three days from October 9 to 11 in front of the Seo-gu Office (Saemmeo-ri, Boramae Park). Starting in 2016, this year marks the 10th Daejeon Seo-gu Art Festival, themed ''Chill with Seo-gu Art'', reflecting the latest trends and consisting of various cultural and artistic programs. Additionally, through an art market featuring artists from across the country, visitors can view and purchase a variety of artworks, and the festival offers experiential programs and diverse cultural performances centered around culture and arts, making it a representative festival of Daejeon. Besides the main programs, the festival provides opportunities to appreciate various artworks through outdoor sculpture exhibitions and special exhibitions throughout the venue, creating a festival where the whole family can enjoy a variety of programs and heal through culture on a cool autumn day.
