About the festival
The Gimpo Aramarine Festival is a representative marine cultural arts festival in the metropolitan area that combines the unique content of Gimpo Aramarina, the only inland marina facility in the metropolitan area, with water infrastructure, cultural performances, water leisure experiences, and eco-friendly experiences, thereby expanding the base of marine leisure culture and achieving regional coexistence. The main programs consist of a variety of water leisure experiences such as kayaking, water biking, and SUP, as well as rich cultural events like the Polyrace and opening concert. Food trucks and local markets are operated within the event venue to provide visitors with enjoyable food and attractions. Additionally, it creates an environment where everyone can safely enjoy marine leisure, leading to its popularization, and has established itself as a symbolic summer festival in Gimpo that attracts numerous tourists every year.
