About the festival
The 2026 World Heritage Namhansanseong Utilization Program will be conducted through various traditional cultural experiences at Namhansanseong Haenggung, including the permanent program 'Haenggung Education Experience' that reflects on historical significance and enhances educational value, the storytelling experience program 'OUV Exploration Team' where participants become guardians of Namhansanseong while walking around the fortress, the climate crisis response program 'Expecting Namhansanseong' that protects the World Heritage Namhansanseong from climate crises and teaches the importance of preservation, and the participatory lecture program 'Remembering the Year 1636' that revives Namhansanseong as a legacy of memory.
