About the festival
In April, the Month of Science, the representative science festival of South Korea, "2026 South Korea Science Festival," is coming. This festival, held alongside the 7th South Korea Science and Technology Fair, is a special event where you can meet research achievements that represent 60 years of science and technology and new scientific technologies for future growth all in one place. Under the theme "Imagination Becomes Everyday Life: Changed Daily Life, Approaching Future," it will be held from April 24 to April 26 at Hall 4 of KINTEX in Ilsan. Various programs linking research achievements with exhibitions, experiences, and culture will unfold, allowing participants to naturally experience how science and technology X AI have already become part of our daily lives. At the 2026 South Korea Science Festival, held in April, the achievements and challenges of South Korean science and technology, as well as the future where imagination unfolds in everyday life, will be vividly experienced.
