About the festival
The 2026 Jeju Book Festival, hosted by the U-dang Library in Jeju-si, is a representative reading culture festival of Jeju, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. It will be held from October 24 to 25 at the U-dang Library in Jeju-si, themed 'Gathering in the Book Field', providing an opportunity for citizens to reflect on the past 10 years and to create the future of reading culture together. This Jeju Book Festival will offer various experiences where anyone can stay and enjoy books, transcending generations and preferences, and will create a space for cultural exchange where citizens and the community meet and communicate through books. It aims to establish itself as a representative book festival of Jeju, where not only avid readers but also those encountering books for the first time can come together and experience the value and joy of books close to their daily lives.
