About the festival
The Hwasun Cliff Cultural Festival is a local cultural festival held in the area of Hwasun Cliff and Iseo Community Center in Hwasun-gun, Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City. This festival aims to provide various experiences and attractions for local residents and tourists by utilizing the natural scenery and historical and cultural value of Hwasun Cliff.·Main programs include a walking program along Hwasun Cliff, a GEO environmental concert to raise awareness of the importance of the environment, wellness time for mental and physical healing at Hwasun Cliff, experiential programs in collaboration with local public institutions and organizations, and a market for selling Hwasun specialties. Additionally, there will be an exhibition and award ceremony for the winning works of the Youth Writing Contest and community participation programs.(Iseo Women's Association·Living Improvement Association, etc.)It will also be held together. During the festival period, a free shuttle bus will operate, and it is expected that around 5,000 guests, local residents, and tourists will participate in the event.
