About the festival
Tuntun Pet Festa is an event where pet owners and their pets can run around joyfully in a large outdoor venue and participate in various experiences. This year's '2026 Tuntun Pet Festa' will be held on September 20th and 21st at Dongtanyeoul Park in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, marking its 5th edition. Dongtanyeoul Park features a soccer field, a botanical garden, a musical fountain, and a playground for pets, making it an ideal location for pet families. Sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Hwaseong-si, and the Dog Association, and hosted by Dong-A Ilbo and Channel A, Tuntun Pet Festa offers a variety of activities, including making pet walking bottle bags, creating photo mugs, as well as counseling programs such as pet legal consultations, health check-up consultations, and behavioral issue consultations. Admission is free.
