About the festival
Cultural Day is a library·Wallpaper·This is a cultural arts support project that seeks out areas with low cultural accessibility, such as border areas, industrial complexes, and culturally vulnerable regions. Young people·The silver performance team presents various street performances in spaces close to daily life, creating opportunities for anyone to easily experience and enjoy culture in the community. Starting from June to October, it directly goes to places in need of art to share the value of culture.·This is a project that delivers special cultural experiences to citizens' daily lives in various places in Gangwon Province.
