About the festival
From October 3 (Saturday) to 4 (Sunday), 2026, the '2026 Daehanminguk Joayong Festival' will be held at Yongin Mir Stadium. This festival, celebrating the 31st Yongin Citizens' Day and the 30th anniversary of Yongin's city status, will showcase a variety of programs utilizing Joayong, including the Joayong Parade and Joayong Cosplay Contest. Notably, popular characters from across the country will gather in one place, providing a special opportunity for citizens and visitors to meet. Additionally, various related events such as the Cyber Science Festival, Lifelong Learning Expo, Youth Festival, Food Festa, Food Industry Expo, and Joayong Food Festa will also take place. In the cool autumn, families can create joyful memories together through the character festival, abundant experience programs, and diverse celebration performances at Yongin Mir Stadium.
