About the festival
The Here and There Festival is a participatory tourism festival created in collaboration with tourism startups and local small businesses. The tourism startup showcases new tourism content developed using various tourism resources such as nature, culture, and history of Cheorwon, presenting it on-site and validating the commercialization potential and service completeness through visitor experiences and feedback in a Proof of Concept (PoC) setting. It operates AI and data-driven tourism services, experiential content, and regionally linked products to gather user responses and on-site data. It provides pre-accelerating support to local small businesses to enhance product sophistication and marketing capabilities, while expanding new customer and sales opportunities through participation in flea markets. This is a regionally cooperative tourism festival that promotes the expansion of stay-type tourism content, increased sales, and revitalization of the local economy through collaboration with tourism companies and small businesses.
