About the festival
The 2026 Jeongseon Heritage Night Walk, “Jeongseon Heritage Night Museum Walk,” is a nighttime cultural event connecting heritage sites and cultural facilities throughout Jeongseon-eup via walking routes. The event features programs combining performances, exhibitions, hands-on activities, guided interpretation, and food, centered on heritage sites such as Jeongseon Arirang, the Jeongseon Sangyujae Historic House, the Bongyang-ri mulberry tree, Jeongseon Confucian School, and the Bongyang-ri Jurassic conglomerate. Visitors explore the heritage sites, alleys, traditional market, and cultural spaces of Jeongseon on foot. The event offers 16 programs across eight themes: night views, night walks, night stories, night history, night paintings, night markets, night food, and overnight stays. The festival will be held throughout Jeongseon-eup from October 16 to 18, 2026.
