About the festival

The 2026 National Health Reboot! Mental Wellness Walking Event is a public-participation health promotion event hosted by the National Health Insurance Service Daejeon-Sejong-Chungcheong Regional Headquarters. It will be held on November 14, 2026 (Saturday), in the area around Dosichukjema Hall at Sejong Central Park. Anyone, including Sejong residents, may participate, and the event is expected to accommodate approximately 800 people. The event aims to highlight the importance of physical and mental health through everyday walking and to encourage healthy lifestyle habits and improved mental wellness among citizens. Participants will walk together along an approximately 5 km course starting at Sejong Central Park and passing through the National Sejong Arboretum, enjoying a chance to refresh their bodies and minds in nature. The program will also include free admission to the National Sejong Arboretum, commemorative gifts, health and welfare experience and information booths, and a variety of interactive events. Its purpose is to help citizens naturally appreciate the importance of health management and experience the National Health Insurance Service’s preventive health management services.
