Anseong Matchless Namsa-Hall Baudeogi Festival is a festival based on Namsadangnori, which has been designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. It inherits the artistic spirit of Baudeogi, the first female puppet master of Joseon, and the excitement and style of the Anseong Namsadang troupe.·It presents a variety of programs that everyone, young and old, can enjoy, including traditional cultural experiences, domestic and international traditional arts performances, and overseas folk performances, starting with the Anseong Yetjangteo, which recreates the rich appearance of one of the three major markets of the Joseon era. In particular, visitors can experience the essence of tightrope walking and Namsadangnori up close, and vividly experience the charm of Korean traditional culture through performances that blend tradition and modernity. The Anseong Matchless Namsa-Hall Baudeogi Festival, which combines history, culture, performance, and tourism, is establishing itself as a cultural tourism festival enjoyed by both domestic and international tourists, and is developing into a traditional cultural festival representing South Korea.
