The Ansan International Street Arts Festival has been South Korea's representative street arts festival since 2005, filling everyday streets and squares with art every May. In the mundane routine of familiar streets and landscapes, the Ansan International Street Arts Festival has allowed people to discover fleeting moments of wonder and has provided the emotional impact of diverse art. This year's festival is set to present a richer program in collaboration with renowned street performance art groups from both domestic and international backgrounds. It is expanding spaces for children and teenagers, enhancing accessibility for people with disabilities, and creating an open festival for everyone that seeks coexistence between humans and non-humans.
