About the festival
Celebrating its 24th year, the Donggang International Photo Festival is a leading photography event in South Korea, created by domestic and international photographers, Gangwon-do residents, Yeongwol-gun residents, and photography enthusiasts. It will be held from July 17 (Fri) to October 11 (Sun) at the Donggang Photo Museum and throughout Yeongwol-gun. This year, visitors can enjoy the works of Im Anna, the recipient of the Donggang Photography Award. Additionally, the festival will feature works by 19 artists selected from those who participated online from around the world. As an annual event eagerly awaited by photographers globally, a variety of exhibitions will take place in the beautiful Yeongwol-gun area of Gangwon-do.
