About the festival
The 'Board Game Festa' is a board game experience fair co-hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency, along with the Korea Board Game Industry Association. It has been held as 'Seoul Board Game Festa' since 2015, and from 2022, the event has been organized and hosted by the Korea Board Game Industry Association under the name 'Board Game Festa'. This festival-type board game experience event aims to widely promote board games, which are a global family entertainment culture and educational culture, providing visitors with board game experiences, competitions, and events to showcase the joy of board games. Supported by the Korea Creative Content Agency, it is widely recognized as a representative content of board game experience events alongside Board Game Con, and aims to hold more than two events each year to revitalize the board game industry.
