About the festival
In celebration of the 350th anniversary of Gyeomjae Jeongseon's birth, the 10th Gyeomjae Cultural Arts Festival will be held on May 9 in Gangseo-gu, at the Gyeomjaejeongseon Art Museum and Gungsangeunrin Park. This year, in commemoration of the 350th anniversary of Gyeomjae Jeongseon's birth, a variety of programs will be prepared centered around the newly renovated Gyeomjaejeongseon Art Museum, including the 21st Gyeomjae National Drawing Contest, cultural and artistic performances, special exhibitions, outdoor exhibitions, traditional games, and experiential events. In particular, there will be a drawing contest for children and youth, as well as performances and experiences that families can enjoy together, photo zones, SNS events, and food areas, adding to the joy of the festival. The Gyeomjae Cultural Arts Festival honors Gyeomjae's artistic spirit and is a representative cultural arts festival of Gangseo-gu, where people of all ages, from children to seniors, can feel and enjoy culture and art in the spring atmosphere.
