About the festival
The 10th Seongbuk Cultural Vacation in 2026 will be held from July 25 to August 9, 2026, at Seongduk Elementary School and Uicheon Multipurpose Plaza in Seongbuk-gu. It is a representative summer water play festival of Seongbuk-gu designed for families to enjoy a cool summer in the city. The urban water play festival operates various water play facilities suitable for different age groups, including exciting slides and a mom-and-baby pool. The event will feature cultural performances such as magic shows, K-pop dance, and Nanta performances, as well as various participatory programs like digital tattoo experiences, water gun experiences, and bubble experiences, along with rest areas for the convenience of visitors. Seongbuk residents can enter for free upon ID verification, while non-residents can pay an entrance fee of 2,000 won per person. Although it operates on a free-entry basis, entry may be restricted if the number of attendees exceeds safety limits, and pets are not allowed. Children in the 3rd grade of elementary school (aged 9 years) and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian, while those in the 4th grade of elementary school (aged 10 years) and above can enter individually.
