About the festival
The Young Choreographers Creation Performance is a creation support program that provides opportunities for emerging choreographers to lead the next generation of the dance world through creation and staging. This performance aims to provide a practical platform for young choreographers to freely express their creative abilities and build their unique artistic worlds. Selected through a fair audition process, choreographers will implement contemporary sensibilities and experimental spirit on stage through new performance production attempts, thereby laying the groundwork for their growth as promising choreographers in the future. Furthermore, this project aims to support the leap of choreographers to the international stage based on a medium- to long-term growth roadmap, not just limited to discovering new talent. By sharing the creative and original artistic products of young choreographers with the public, it seeks to expand the base of cultural and artistic enjoyment and contribute to presenting new possibilities for contemporary dance creation.
