About the festival

As the cool autumn breeze blows in, the representative autumn festival of Garak Market, the '3rd Garak Oktoberfest', finally opens its doors. It is an opportunity to enjoy the romance of autumn nights at Garak Mall, filled with delicious food and refreshing craft beer, along with plenty of enjoyable activities. The event will take place for three days from October 16 (Friday) to October 18 (Sunday), 2026, every day from 4 PM to 10 PM at the Haneul Park on the 3rd floor of Garak Mall. Admission is completely free, and visitors can freely enjoy their favorite beer and snack booths. The festival's key highlights are threefold. First, representative craft breweries from across the country gather in one place. There is the joy of choosing from light and refreshing lagers to deep-flavored ales and fruity beers according to your taste. Second, a 'special snack booth' featuring the freshness unique to Garak Market will be opened. High-quality dishes made with fresh seasonal ingredients, from savory grilled abalone with butter prepared by Garak Mall merchants to chicken that pairs fantastically with beer, will be served freshly cooked on-site. Third, there will be plenty of exciting sights and activities. The festival kicks off with a colorful parade, followed by emotional busking performances, a citizen-participation game 'Garak Game Center', and a variety of prize draw events. The access is also very convenient. The 2-1 exit of Garaksijang Station on subway lines 3 and 8 is directly connected to Haneul Park, making it easy to reach by public transport. Haneul Park features an open outdoor 'dining area', perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of autumn night outings. However, as the sun sets, the breeze can become chilly, so it is advisable to bring a light outer garment. You can create unforgettable autumn night memories at the '3rd Garak Oktoberfest', filled with the romance of autumn and fresh delights.
