About the festival
The Seodae-Gate Spring Light Festival is a celebration where you can enjoy various cultural performances while appreciating the urban waterfront sensibility of Hongje-Waterfall along with 3,000 cherry blossom trees in Ansan. Main programs such as Madangnori, Spring Light Concert, and Seodae-Gate Spring Light King Contest will be held for three days at Hongje-Waterfall Square, while the Ansan Cherry Blossom Beotkkotma-Hall will feature the Seodae-Gate Cherry Blossom Hanma-Hall, a song concert, and the family musical [Original Nanta]. From April 6 to April 12, busking will take place twice daily. You can meet at Ansan Cherry Blossom Beotkkotma-Hall at 12 PM and at Kape-Waterfall Deck at 3 PM. Additionally, scenic lighting and photo zones to enjoy cherry blossoms in various ways will be operated from April 1 to April 30.
