About the festival
Financial News will hold the '2026 Seoul Food Distribution Fair (K-Food Show)' on June 16 at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, a specialized exhibition convention for agricultural and marine products. This year, the theme is 'K-Bunsik (K-Street Food), To Global Tables', which is the soul food of Koreans. The most Korean yet most popular K-Street Food is now expanding beyond 'value-for-money food' into a global cultural content. This event will transform from a 'viewing exhibition' to an 'experiential exhibition' through food trucks, experience programs, and participatory events, providing a venue for the core target of ages 10 to 30 to directly experience new products and consumption trends. It aims to build a practical promotion and exchange platform connecting industry and consumers, with broad participation from both large corporations and small brands that have grown through word of mouth. In particular, this year, the transition to paid admission for visitors is expected to upgrade the substance of the event, leading to the creation of practical business opportunities for participating companies' brand promotion and market expansion. The 2026 Seoul Food Distribution Fair aims to drive the continuous spread of the K-Food craze and establish itself as a representative food distribution event that effectively informs both domestic and foreign consumers of the excellence and global competitiveness of the domestic food distribution industry.
