About the festival
The Uijeongbu Permanent Traditional Culture Event is organized by the Seoul City to widely promote our traditional culture to citizens and tourists visiting the Uijeongbu Historical Heritage Plaza, enhancing the image of Seoul as a historical city, and providing opportunities to experience traditional martial arts events that are usually hard to encounter. The event includes a reenactment of the 'Yeolmu' martial arts of the military stationed in the Six Ministries Street, along with experiences of Seonggyeongdo games and traditional martial arts.
