About the festival

Seoul Autumn Festival is a seasonal brand that weaves the autumn of Seoul into performing arts. From September 18 to November 29, the official season lasts for 73 days, gathering large and small festivals and individual performances in one place, creating a stage that colors all of Seoul with art. A total of about 260 plays, dances, music, and traditional art performances will unfold throughout the season, allowing citizens to experience a special journey with performing arts from the beginning to the end of autumn. On September 18, the opening performance of the 2026 Seoul Autumn Festival will take place, unfolding across all of Seoul, and this opening performance is not just a celebration but a meaningful stage that defines the autumn of Seoul through performing arts and declares 'Seoul, the center city of performing arts.'
