2026 Resource Circulation Public Event: Eco Wonderland with Alice

About the festival

The 2026 Resource Circulation Civic Event, “Eco Wonderland with Alice,” is a participatory environmental event where visitors can experience the principles and value of resource circulation through play, hands-on activities, performances, exhibitions, and a market. It will be held on October 24, 2026, at Sangildong-san in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. Anyone is welcome to take part, including children and families. The venue features areas such as Alice’s Festival Grounds, the Energy Croquet Garden, the Rabbit Hole Treasure Market, the Garden of Wonderful Circulation, the Energy Lab, and the Wonder Market. Through exhibitions and hands-on activities, the event introduces the reuse and sharing of discarded items, proper waste sorting, reducing the use of disposable products in favor of reusable containers, and how clean energy is generated. The program includes an opening ceremony, an environmental performance, a musical featuring children, pedal-powered rides, AR and AI content, upcycling activities, and a flea market for eco-friendly products. This participatory environmental event is designed to help visitors discover practical ways to make resource circulation part of everyday life.
