Seogwipo Chilsipri Festival is a representative festival of Seogwipo, enjoyed against the backdrop of the city's original downtown and the sea, bringing together local cultural arts and citizen participation programs. It usually takes place around the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall parking lot and the original downtown area (old city), featuring a street parade where the entire street becomes a stage, various performances and busking, stages for local artists, food and flea markets, enhancing the festive atmosphere.
