About the festival
The Danyang Sobaeksan Azalea Festival is held every May. Enjoy the azaleas blooming at the summit of Sobaeksan in May while experiencing hiking, and enjoy various side programs and experience programs against the backdrop of a special stage along the Danyang River, including the Sobaeksan Mountain God Ceremony, opening celebration performances, and busking performances. In the Imaginary Street area, there are experience events and busking performances related to azaleas. It is a joyful festival where you can enjoy a traditional market and famous local foods all in one place.
