How to dispose of it
- Empty the bottle and rinse residue from the inside.
- Separate caps and other materials and place the bottle in glass-bottle collection without breaking it.
- For bottles marked as deposit-return containers, check the retailer or deposit-return instructions before recycling.
Before you put it out
- Not every glass bottle carries a deposit; check its label and return eligibility.
- Do not treat drinking glasses, heat-resistant glass, mirrors, ceramics or broken shards as ordinary drink bottles.
