About the festival
The 27th Gamaksan Sunrise Event will be held to celebrate the Year of the Red Horse in the Year of Byeongo (Bingwu Year), wishing for peace and safety throughout the year and bringing blessings and hope to the citizens. On the first day of the new year, families and neighbors will welcome the exhilarating moment of the sunrise together, embracing the bright hope that rises vigorously as they start the new year with strength. Various side events such as traditional music performances, wish smashing, and rice cake soup tasting are prepared.
