About the festival

2026 Eobujangteo X Port Village Tongyeong is a local food festival presented through a collaboration between Tongyeong Eobujangteo and the harbor food festival Port Village. It will be held for three days, from November 6 to November 8, 2026, at the Triathlon Plaza in Donam-dong, Tongyeong-si. The event showcases a variety of culinary experiences featuring Tongyeong’s signature seafood and local ingredients, including oysters, eel, sea squirts, and red scallops. The main program includes general food and performance booths, as well as 10 experience booths, 9 lifestyle booths, 6 promotional pop-ups, and 20 booths at the Tongyeong Seafood Food Fair. An oyster bar, robatayaki, a Tongyeong makgeolli pop-up, and a DJ booth will also operate. The NPC parade will take place three times a day (12:30, 15:30, and 18:30). The festival connects Tongyeong’s seafood and culinary culture with a range of hands-on activities and on-site experiences, while giving local brands and producers opportunities to meet visitors. Its key aim is to link promotion, content, and brand outcomes before and after the festival, developing it into a culinary platform connected to Tongyeong’s tourism and local brands rather than a one-off event.
