About the festival
The Night Tour of National Heritage is a nighttime specialized program that connects and utilizes the unique historical and cultural resources of national heritage and the region, based at the Jipjeokji-Station of National Heritage, including viewing, experiences, performances, and exhibitions. The Gongju Night Tour of National Heritage is centered around modern national heritage sites in the Gongju Wangdo area (such as the former Gongju Eup Office and Gongjujeil Church) and features programs themed around eight nighttime themes. This year marks the 10th consecutive year of the event and the 100th anniversary of the publication of 'Gongjusiga-do' in 1926, celebrated with the subtitle '1926 Gongju Romantic Banquet.' Visitors to the event will be offered a variety of programs that reflect the modern history of Gongju from 100 years ago.
