About the festival
Asan Oeam Village Night Festival is a special night cultural festival utilizing local cultural heritage, where you can enjoy beautiful night scenery along with various experiences and performances. You can also encounter many national heritage sites such as the Cham-pan House, Geonjae House, and Yeonyeopju all in one place. Strolling along the stone wall paths under soft lighting allows you to feel the romance and emotions of the night strolls during the Joseon Dynasty, making it a meaningful night event where you can create special memories with family, loved ones, and friends. The event space, Asan Oeam Village, is a representative traditional village designated as a national folk cultural heritage that preserves the traditional atmosphere of Chungcheong-do. It is a living folk museum where you can vividly experience the lifestyle and housing styles of the Joseon Dynasty, and it is a place where the unique traditional houses and thatched cottages of Chungcheong-do, along with charming stone wall paths, are well preserved. Throughout the village, there are spaces where the serene old atmosphere and beauty of tradition remain intact.
