About the festival
The 'Bulocho Expedition' is an experiential mission tour event held in Donguibogam Village, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam, where participants can enjoy a special program that allows them to directly experience the history, legends, and traditional medicine culture of Sancheong. It is conducted as part of the 18th Children's Day event in Sancheong-gun, where participants use a chatbot and mission book to find clues for each mission and solve problems, naturally exploring various parts of Donguibogam Village. This is not a one-sided tourism experience of merely listening to explanations or viewing exhibits, but rather a 'storytelling tourism content' that allows participants to engage with the story and personally feel the traditions and culture of Sancheong. In particular, the various missions conducted in the main exhibition hall and outdoor facilities of Donguibogam Village provide visitors with both fun and learning, allowing them to experience the journey of becoming adventurers in search of the secrets of Bulocho while discovering the charm of Sancheong and the spirit of Donguibogam anew. Thus, the 'Bulocho Expedition' is a representative tourism event that offers an immersive experience where tradition and modernity harmonize, making Sancheong even more interesting and vibrant.
