About the festival
The 2026 Asia Esports Championship will be held for three days from April 24 (Friday) to April 26 (Sunday) at Jinju Indoor Gymnasium. This event is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Esports Association, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jinju City, featuring participation from seven Asian countries including Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Mongolia in a global esports festival. The competition will include six official events: PUBG Mobile, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, The King of Fighters XV, eFootball Series, and Eternal Return, along with a demonstration event for the 'K-Pop Dance AI Platform' called Steppin, totaling seven events.
