About the festival
The Busan International Rock Festival, held for the first time in 2000, is the country's first and longest-running international rock festival, maintaining its legacy for 27 years. In 2026, it will take place from October 2 (Friday) to October 4 (Sunday) for three days at Samrak Ecological Park, featuring a variety of domestic and international artists. At the stages set up throughout Samrak Ecological Park, attendees can enjoy a range of performances from emerging artists to globally renowned headliners according to their preferences, as well as participate in audience engagement games and singing contests held on free open stages, a food court lounge featuring local Busan cuisine, and various side events such as the Samrak Auto Camping Zone.
