The 3rd Yeongyang Kkongkkong Winter Festival is a representative winter festival of Yeongyang County, held in Hyeon-ri, Yeongyang-eup, Yeongyang County, at 670 Hyeon-ri. The Yeongyang Kkongkkong Winter Festival will take place from January 9 to February 1, 2026, at Banbyeoncheon in Yeongyang-eup, featuring programs such as a natural ice rink (skating rink, ice sledding, ice train), play facilities (snow sledding, rotating snow sledding), and an ice fishing area (ice smelt fishing). Now, the whole family can participate in the Kkongkkong Yeongyang Winter Festival to enjoy the winter atmosphere and create warm and beautiful memories.
