- 1. Main Programs: Cherry Blossom Light Tunnel scenic display, operation of night lighting content, walking routes along the Nakdong River cherry blossom path, street performances and busking programs on the main stage, cherry blossom photo zones and large sculpture exhibitions. 2. Sub Programs: Operation of cherry blossom-themed experience booths (making bead bracelets, t-shirt production, creating cherry blossom landscapes), life-sized photo booth operation, cherry blossom message tree, flea market, and participation programs for local artists. 3. Consumer Participation Programs: Operation of a cherry blossom treasure hunt event, SNS verification and hashtag participation events, on-site participatory experience content (tarot consultation, photo mission execution), and events to encourage visits linked to nighttime programs. 4. Other Information: Operation of local agricultural and specialty product sales zones and night markets, setup of food trucks and beverage sales booths, creation of rattan rest areas and relaxation spaces, and design of a consumption-inducing structure based on movement routes within the event venue.

The Andong Cherry Blossom Festival is a representative spring festival held in Andong City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, coinciding with the blooming of cherry blossoms.
